Technical Support

Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 5:30 pm EST, excluding Holidays. You may email questions to GeoLytics at and we will promptly reply. Please include a detailed explanation of the problem you are encountering, as well as the product and serial number you are using. The more complete your description, the faster we can diagnose the problem you are having. If you attach an example or screenshot of the problem or error message, this is also very helpful.
