Neighborhood Change Database (NCDB) 2020

The Neighborhood Change Database (NCDB) 2020 has Census Tract level data from 1970, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010 and now 2020. In addition to having the data in the year-specific boundaries it also has them all normalized to the 2020 tract boundaries. This means that you can easily analyze changes in U.S. demographics from 1970 to 2020 all in the same geographic boundary definitions. There are about 1,000 variables included for each of the decades.

American Community Survey 2010 / 2011 in 2020 Boundaries

The ACS is the largest demographic data set and normalizing it to the new 2020 boundaries means that you can easily compare data from a decade ago with current ACS data all in the new 2020 boundaries.

2023 Estimates / 2028 Projections

The product is based upon the 2020 Census and 2010 - 2015 ACS files and then modeled out to the current year estimates and 5 year projections at the nation, state, county, zip code, tract, and block group levels.

In addition to offering Current Year Estimates and 5-Year Projections we now also have 10-Year and 15-Year Projections. So you can get 2023/ 2028 / 2033 / 2038 / 2043 data.
