Custom Estimates

GeoLytics is an industry leader in demographic data. Our standard estimates and projections are trusted by businesses and academics alike for all of their research and project needs. We currently offer four types of Estimates:

• Current Year with 5-year Projections
• Current Year with 5-, 10-, and 15-year Projections
• Annual Estimates from 2001-2009
• Annual Estimates from 2011-to present

Additionally, we can build something to suit your specific needs. We offer custom built demographics at reasonable prices. So for example, if your project requires demographic data for a time period other than our current year estimates, or perhaps you need population projected further out than 15 years, then let GeoLytics' experienced professional staff produce these data for you.

If the variables we offer in our Premium estimates aren't adequate to your needs, let GeoLytics develop new fields and variables specifically for you (depending on the source data that is available). For example, do you want language spoken, marital status, or any of the other thousands of variables available on the American Community Survey? Furthermore, we have multiple geographies available, including the census block, block group, tract, zip code, counties, and state, but if you need something else -- we can build new geographies for you.

GeoLytics also offers a wide variety of historic data (1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, and 2000) and normalized data (historic data that has been cross-walked to the 2000 or 2010 geographies), all at reasonable prices. These normalized data sets are ideal for calculating annual changes between the censuses. For example, the intervening years between the 1990 and 2000 censuses, (1991 through 1999).
