2025 Estimates / 2030 Projections are Now Available from Geolytics

Our 2025 Estimates and 2030 Projections are now available. They
include variables such as Age, Race, Gender, Income, Employment,
Educational Attainment, Poverty, and even Consumer Expenditures
(how we spend our money).

The 2025 Estimates are based upon benchmarks from the official
2020 Census (Demographic and Housing Characteristics - DHC 2020)
at the Block level and the 2019-2023 American Community Survey
(ACS 2023). The DHC 2020 data set is the central building block
for the total population, race, Hispanic, gender, and housing
counts. Whereas the ACS is the basis for Income, Educational
Attainment, Housing Value, Employment etc. The use of the ACS
is vital since none of these variables are included in the 2020

We offer three Estimate products (Basic, Professional and Premium),
just like in previous years. For a full list of the existing
variables in the various products please go to our website at

and select the estimate product
you are interested in. You can select the category or just
scroll down for information about the variables, methodology,
geography, etc. We will also be releasing the Extended Estimates
2025-2030-2035-2040 and 2025 Block Estimates in the following
few weeks.

As always, our Estimates products allow the user to extract
the data as a .csv or .dbf file or run a thematic map and export
it as a shapefile for any of the variables for each of the
geographies available on the product.
