Accurate Geocoding Software that Now Appends Zip+4 and Historic Census Codes
Get the GeocodeDVD Version 4.0 with improved address matching based on the latest 2006 2nd Edition TIGER/Line(R) Files. Version 4.0 improves geocoding efficiency 10% over previous GeoLytics geocoding software. The latest version now appends Zip+4s to the matched address, as well as assigns historic 1970, 1980, and 1990 Census tract and block group codes, in addition to the latitude, longitude, and 2000 Census block code.
The GeocodeDVD is a stand-alone product that offers accurate, high-speed geocoding (2 million records/hour on a 2 gig machine) and an affordable annual license. The latest version 4.0 has a superior algorithm and improved accuracy for an increased rate of address matching. The source data are the most up-to-date 2006 2nd Edition TIGER/Line(R) Files and the March 2007 USPS ZIPMOVE Database.
Geocoders match addresses to their specific latitude/longitude coordinates and then append the Census designation. For added specificity, we assign Census block numbers. Our new version also adds historic census tract and block group codes for the 1970, 1980, and 1990 decennial censuses. This can be done for an individual address or for a list of thousands or millions of addresses (batch mode). For more information on GeoLytics’ GeocodeDVD, go to:

In addition, with a GeoLytics’ GeocodeDVD you receive the extra benefit of choosing up to 60 demographic variables that can be automatically appended to your address list. The GeocodeDVD appends demographic variables based on the Census 2000 Long Form, such as race, age, income, housing value, employment and more. Adding these data to your customer list allows you to profile your customers to better understand them. For a complete list of variables, go to:
