* Block products do not have a "Subarea" since they automatically default to the Census Block level.
In the NCDB, users must first select the "Year" they wish to examine,
then select the "Area". Because the NCDB only has tract level data,
there is no need to select a subarea since the subarea will always be
the Census Tract.
