The price for the Business Package includes an annual license for the GeocodeCD, including a free 6-month update of the geocoder. You must repurchase rights to the geocoder for subsequent years, though as a previous Business Package customer you will be offered a discounted renewal rate. All the other products in the Business Package are a single purchase and can be used indefinitely. The Estimates and Projections are updated annually and updates are not included in the purchase price.
The National version of the Business Package has data and addresses for all 50 States + Washington DC. A Single State version only has data and addresses in the state that you purchase.
